Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, diced
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into fine rings
  • 2 pkt. feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A must at any barbecue party!

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and season with oil, salt and pepper.
