Bean pan with minced meat and turkey breast

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can white beans
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 gr. can/n tomato paste
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • smoked salt
  • vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp oil, for frying

Finely dice the onions and garlic, crush the garlic with a knife, and sauté in the hot fat. Cut the turkey breast into 1 cm cubes, add to the pan, and sear until crispy. Add the minced meat and sear everything thoroughly. Add the beans and heat through. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, and stir well. Finely chop the chili pepper and adjust the heat to taste. Deglaze with the vegetable stock (amount to taste) and season with spices. Heat through again and simmer over low heat for about 30 to 40 minutes. The bean pan should not be too runny. White bread goes well with it.
