Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar beans (waxbreaker), drained weight 360 g
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp, stalked chives, dried
  • 1 tsp herbs (salad)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Drain the beans. Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and add it. Add all the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and finally stir in the beans. Let the bean salad marinate to your liking.
