Bean salad for gourmets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of black beans (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 can of white beans (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp pesto (wild garlic pesto)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 pinches of ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp milk, fresh or UHT milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beans with a creamy dressing

Drain the beans in a sieve. Whisk the remaining ingredients together to make a dressing. Add the drained beans and stir gently. Serve with other salads of your choice. It tastes especially good with meat and white bread. Tip: You can also use other types of beans of your choice.
