Bean vegetables with beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g beef, e.g. roulades or minute steaks
  • 1 can of green beans, approx. 450 g
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • ½ cup sour cream, approx. 100 g
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Caraway
  • e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • possibly sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 2 cm cubes. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion and sauté in a pressure cooker with a little oil. Add the beef and brown it vigorously. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the diced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, caraway, nutmeg, and paprika. Close the pressure cooker and cook for about 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Add sour cream, season to taste, and thicken with a little sauce thickener for light sauces, if desired. Add the drained beans and heat briefly. Approx. 450 kcal per serving.
