Oven pancakes with peanut butter and jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy
  • 3 tbsp jam, variety of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for a small flat cake tin

Combine the batter in the traditional way and beat well with a hand mixer. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven). Pour the batter into a small, shallow cake tin and top each with a few dollops of peanut butter and jam. Then, using a skewer, draw circles into the batter, lightly mixing the peanut butter and jam. Then bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, until the batter has risen and is nice and fluffy.
