Poppy seed and vanilla porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 65 g oat flakes
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds, ground
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • n. B. Fruit
  • n. B. Nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until a creamy porridge forms. Enjoy with fruit, nuts, or on its own. 426 kcal per serving.
