Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter of liquor (Primasprit or vodka)
  • 500 g honey
  • 500 ml beer (pilsner)

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Honey schnapps

Pour the spirits or vodka (and then a little less honey and beer to taste) into a saucepan and heat gently. Don’t let it boil, or the alcohol will boil out, and we don’t want that, do we? Add the honey and stir. Slowly add the beer to the pan (careful, it will foam quite a bit!), stir again, and bottle. Let it cool, and cheers!
