Beate's best apple crumble

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 pinches of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 1 ½ kg apples
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead all the ingredients for the dough together and chill. In the meantime, peel and slice the apples. You can skip the peeling if you like. The apples will be very soft afterwards, and you’ll hardly notice the skin. Spread the dough out on a small baking sheet. Add the apples and sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. It’s delicious with lots of cinnamon! Using a dough hook, mix the crumble ingredients into crumbles and sprinkle them over the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at around 220°C for about 40 minutes. Served slightly warm with whipped cream, it’s a dream.
