Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g cane sugar
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla, ground or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- ½ tsp baking soda or baking powder
- 40 g oat flakes, fine
- 100 g cranberries, dried
- 75 g sunflower seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with oat flakes and sunflower seeds
Knead all ingredients together, form small balls, and flatten them. Place on baking paper and bake at 170°C for 10-15 minutes.
