Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp, leveled flour
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml broth
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter. Add the flour and sauté. Pour in the milk and broth and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: Dissolve 100 g of grated cheese (e.g., Gouda, Emmental) in the butter, let it cool, and use it for gratin dishes.
