- 400 g Beef minute steaks
- 4 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
- 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
- Water
- 1 piece Red pepper
- 3 piece Small spring onions
- 1 kl. Carrot
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the beef minute steaks into strips. Mix the soy sauce and sesame oil, add the beef and marry overnight. The next day, fry the meat over high heat. Add the sweet chili sauce and some water. Cover the meat and let it simmer for about an hour. Cut the peppers into small pieces, the spring onions into small rings and the carrots into fine strips. Briefly fry the vegetables in another pan so that they still have bite. Salt and pepper a little. After the meat has cooked, add the vegetables. I prefer to cook basmati rice with it.
