  • 0,5 Glass Cranberries from the glass
  • 0,5 Glass Pepper from the grinder
  • 0,5 Glass Starch
  • Butter
  1. Melt the butter in the casserole, fry the beef goulash on all sides and season with salt and pepper. Let the beef goulash stew for a good 45 minutes, then add the pearl onions with their juice and also the cranberries. Let the beef goulash soak in the juice for one night. On the next day, heat everything and thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch. Croquettes and salad go well with this.
