Cherry & Plum Cake

- 400 GR Flour
- 1 pck Baking powder
- 6 Eggs
- 250 gr Soft butter
- 200 gr Sugar
- 1 pck Vanilla sugar
- 1 Glass Cherries
- 1 Glass Plums
- 1 Glass Flaked almonds
- 1 Glass Granulated sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Mix the soft butter with the sugar, add the eggs and mix everything well. Finally mix in the flour. Brush two baking tins with a little butter and add breadcrumbs to prevent the cake from sticking. Divide the dough into the two molds, cover one with the plums and flaked almonds and granulated sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. In the other mold, add the drained cherries and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar
