Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 kg Beef goulash
  • 4 large Onions
  • 1 bottle Palatinate Dornfelder, dry
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Possibly beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions and cut into large pieces
  • Heat a saucepan with roasting fine (vegetable cream) or butter (on the highest level) and fry the onions in it
  • add the meat and fry it well
  • Now add the tomato paste and paprika powder.
  • Gradually add the red wine so that it doesn't stop boiling.
  • Let the whole thing simmer on the lowest level for about 1.5 - 2 hours.
  • At the end, season with salt and pepper, if necessary, grained beef broth, and you're done.
  • As a side dish, we have potato dumplings and green beans with bacon ...
  • If you want, you can thicken the sauce, but this is actually not necessary ...
