Mel’s Beef Goulash

The perfect mel’s beef goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Beef goulash
  • 4 size Onions
  • 1 bottle Palatinate Dornfelder, dry
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 3 Teaspoon (level) Hot paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Possibly beef broth
  1. Peel the onions and cut into large pieces
  1. Heat a saucepan with roasting fine (vegetable cream) or butter (on the highest level) and fry the onions in it
