Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g fish fillet(s) (sea bass fillet)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • Flour
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 jar anchovies
  • some olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Rub the fish fillet with salt, pepper, and wine vinegar, then coat in flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillets for about 7 minutes. Then remove from the pan and arrange on a hot plate. Saute the onions and garlic in the frying fat until golden brown, add the tomatoes, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the sauce for 2 minutes, pour it over the fish, and garnish with anchovy fillets and olive slices.
