Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 roll
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Soak the rolls in lukewarm water. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix with the soaked, squeezed-out roll. Add a little water (about 1/2 cup) to the earthenware pot, add the meatloaf, and cover. Bake in a cold oven at 200°C (400°F) for 1 1/4 hours.
