Ingredients

  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  • 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 0,5 Pc. Paprika
  • 100 g Green beans
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 0,5 Pc. Lime
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 20 leaf Basil

Instructions

  • First, we chop up the chilli with the garlic cloves and fry it together in oil over a medium-high heat until it smells wonderful in the whole kitchen. When the whole kitchen smells like the garlic, we add the green beans and peppers. If you like it a little hotter, leave out the bell pepper and add another chilli pepper.
  • When everything is seared a little, we add the beef and the onion to the pan. You can use any type of meat in this recipe, according to your taste.
  • After 5 minutes add the sugar, fish, soy and oyster sauce. If you don't have oyster sauce at home, just add a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Reduce the heat to medium and squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
  • Taste again whether it tastes good and stir in a whole handful of basil. Arrange everything together, serve with rice and your Thai beef pan with green beans is ready.
