Sausage Salad with Poultry Meat Sausage
The perfect sausage salad with poultry meat sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Poultry meat sausage
- 1 Onion approx. 100 g
- 2 Small pickles
- 6 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 6 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Baguette or rolls or farmer’s bread
- Peel off the poultry sausage and cut into slices. Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin slices. Cut the pickles into slices. Distribute all ingredients (poultry meat sausage slices, onion slices and pickled cucumber slices) decoratively / fan-like on 2 plates and drizzle with a vinaigrette made from rice vinegar (1 tbsp) and olive oil (2 tbsp). Finally, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches each) and colorful pepper from the mill (3 big pinches each) and serve with a baguette or bread roll or farmhouse bread
