Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg beef
  • 1 bunch of roots
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 cucumber(s), medium sour
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of paprika powder (rose pepper)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 30 g chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Boil the beef with the root vegetables in salted water until tender. Once cooled, cut the meat into small cubes. Also dice the onion and pickled cucumbers, mix everything vigorously in a bowl with the tomato paste and spices, and then garnish with fresh chives.
