Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg beef, lean, cooked
  • 1 jar pepper(s), pickled red, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Recipe from my grandma

Dice the beef, deseed and dice the tomatoes, and chop the onions. Crush the garlic and chop the parsley. Place everything in a bowl and add the bell pepper strips. Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make a dressing and gently stir it into the ingredients in the bowl. Let it sit for 30 minutes, then season to taste.
