Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g pasta, spiral pasta
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pepper (piri-piri)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 1 gr. can/n kidney beans
- Salt
- Vinegar
- oil
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onion and fry. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped piri-piri, mix with the ketchup, transfer to a bowl, and let cool. Slice the bell peppers. Rinse the red beans in a sieve, then add them to the bowl with the bell pepper strips and mix everything together. Simply make the marinade with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, adding a little lemon juice if desired. Mix thoroughly, let stand for about half an hour, and then season again to taste.
