Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 340 g roast beef, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp onion(s), finely diced
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely diced
  • 2 tsp mustard, grainy
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 oxheart tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the roast beef, lemon juice, onions, sour cream, garlic, and mustard, and season generously with salt and pepper. Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter, sprinkle with a little sugar, season with salt and pepper, and spoon the beef salad over the top. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
