- 340 g roast beef, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp onion(s), finely diced
- 400 g sour cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely diced
- 2 tsp mustard, grainy
- salt and pepper
- 4 oxheart tomatoes, sliced
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tbsp chives

Combine the roast beef, lemon juice, onions, sour cream, garlic, and mustard, and season generously with salt and pepper. Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter, sprinkle with a little sugar, season with salt and pepper, and spoon the beef salad over the top. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
