Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g beef, cooked
- 1 point pasta (fork spaghetti)
- 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
- 1 small can of mushrooms (mini mushroom heads)
- 1 small can of vegetables (Mexican vegetable mix)
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Own creation
Chop cooked beef (fresh or day-old) into small pieces and trim any fat. Cook the spaghetti and mix with the beef cubes, 1 small jar of Miracle Whip, 1 small can of “Mini Mushrooms,” and 1 small can of “Mexican Vegetable Mix” (peas/corn/peppers). Season with salt and pepper. Done! Instead of the Mexican vegetable mix, you can also use a mix with peas, carrots, and asparagus pieces—this version with mushrooms also works well in the beef pasta salad!
