Beef Steaks with Fried Onions

  • 2 Beef steaks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Clarified butter
  • 4 Fresh shallot
  • 100 ml Port wine
  • Butter
  • 1 kilogram Potatoes
  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 small glass Miracel Whip
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  1. BEEF STEAKS Wash the steaks, dab with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with clarified butter for 2 minutes.
  2. Place the steaks on the oven rack and let stand on the middle rack for about 8 minutes, the inside must still be pink.
  3. Peel shallots, cut into wedges and fry in the roast residue, deglaze with port wine and reduce until a syrupy consistency is obtained.
  4. Now add the cold butter and pull over the stove – season.
  5. POTATO SALAD Wash, boil and peel the potatoes, cut into slices and place in a bowl.
  6. Wash the radishes and spring onions and cut into rings; dice the apple, chop the parsley and add everything to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, stir well and let it steep.
