Beef Steaks with Fried Onions

- 2 Beef steaks
- Salt
- Pepper
- Clarified butter
- 4 Fresh shallot
- 100 ml Port wine
- Butter
- 1 kilogram Potatoes
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 1 small glass Miracel Whip
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- BEEF STEAKS Wash the steaks, dab with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with clarified butter for 2 minutes.
- Place the steaks on the oven rack and let stand on the middle rack for about 8 minutes, the inside must still be pink.
- Peel shallots, cut into wedges and fry in the roast residue, deglaze with port wine and reduce until a syrupy consistency is obtained.
