Beef with asparagus, boiled potatoes and horseradish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beef
  • 250 g asparagus, white
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 jar horseradish, mild
  • 1 bunch soup vegetables, cleaned
  • some sauce powder
  • 1 jar cranberries
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the meat in a pot with plenty of water, soup vegetables, salt and pepper for about 1 to 1.5 hours until soft. Peel the potatoes and boil them for about 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Peel the asparagus and boil them for about 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time until soft. Boil two tablespoons of horseradish with a little water. Prepare the sauce powder according to the package instructions. Once cooked, cut the meat into thin slices and arrange on two plates. Arrange the potatoes and asparagus on the plates as well. Finally, pour the sauce and some cranberries over the meat. Sprinkle some of the horseradish over the potatoes and serve.
