Italian meatballs with pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tsp herbs, Italian
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onions. Add to the minced meat along with salt and pepper and mix well. Form the meatballs from the meat mixture and fry them in a pan with hot oil. Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash and finely chop the herbs. Wash and dice the zucchini. Place it in a small saucepan with the canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for about 15 minutes until soft. Fill a greased baking dish alternately with the pasta, meatballs, and zucchini. Pour the tomato sauce over the pasta. Dice the mozzarella and spread it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the mozzarella has melted. Serve hot.
