Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 cup cream (half and half)
- 1 cup of beer
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a mixer until frothy. Combine the single cream and beer thoroughly, then blend with the egg yolk and sugar mixture. Then place the entire mixture in a bain-marie (water bath) for 8 to 10 minutes. Pour into jars and place in the freezer.
