Fruity redfish salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g redfish fillet(s)
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp nuts, finely chopped or almonds
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the fish fillet in lightly salted water, but do not overcook. Drain the fillet and let it cool. Tear it into smaller pieces. Peel the oranges, remove the white rind, and cut them into wedges, then cut them crosswise. Peel the bananas and apples, removing the cores from the apples. Slice them. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and nuts and pour over the fruit. Finally, fold in the fish.
