Beetles and Spiders Party Hit

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 large eggs
  • 3 small cocktail tomatoes
  • 17 olives, black, without stones
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce leaves
  • Herbs
  • possibly salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Eggs without stuffing, quick preparation

Pierce the eggs and place them in boiling water for about 9 minutes. After cooking, remove the eggs, let them cool, and peel them. Halve the eggs and place them on a plate covered with lettuce and herbs. Season the yolks with salt and pepper, if desired (you can omit this as the mayonnaise is seasoned enough). Spread a little mayonnaise in the center of each egg half. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on top of 6 egg halves in the center of the mayonnaise. Do the same with 4 halved olives. Cut the legs out of the remaining olives. Cut 4 legs out of one olive half. For the spiders, place 8 legs on each olive, and for the beetles, only 6 on each tomato. Tip: Remove the egg yolks and make a mixture with them, mustard, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pepper, and parsley, and fill the egg white well.
