Baked tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g flour
  • curry
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some cheese, grated
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a light roux with butter and flour, finely chopped onion, and curry. Add the liquid ingredients, season, and beat with egg yolk. Add the shredded tuna to the sauce and season well. Divide the mixture among four ramekins. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Serve as a starter with toast or as a light dinner.
