Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 balls of beetroot, pre-cooked
- 1 large apple
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 spring onions
- ½ tsp chili pepper(s), fresh or dried
- 1 tbsp sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Core and finely chop the apple. Chop the beetroot. Chop the white part of the spring onions. Leave the green part. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the yogurt, salt, pepper, finely chopped chili (adjust the amount according to your preference), and sugar. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Low in calories (especially without oil) – delicious!
