Beetroot and raspberry smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 beetroot, pre-cooked and peeled
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 apple
  • 5 dates
  • e.g. plant milk (plant drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel, halve, core, and dice the apple. Place the beetroot, raspberries, apple pieces, and dates in a deep bowl and puree the mixture. If using frozen raspberries, thaw them before pureeing. Then stir in enough plant-based milk until the desired consistency is reached.
