Beetroot Kidney Bean Corn Salad
The perfect beetroot kidney bean corn salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 glass Beetroot balls
- 1 Can Canned kidney beans
- 0,5 Can Sweet corn (vegetable corn) cooked
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Rinse the kidney beans and place in a bowl, cut the onions, spring onions, beetroot balls (to catch the juice) into small pieces and add to the kidney beans with the corn, now add the beetroot juice, the rapeseed oil, the vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
