Kidney Bean Salad

- 4 Cans Kidney beans
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for steaming the onion and diced ham
- Mix oil, balsamic vinegar, water, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl to form a dressing.
- Peel the onions and fry them with the ham cubes in the oil until translucent, allow to cool and add to the dressing.
- Clean and dice the pepper and add to the dressing.
- Drain the kidney beans with the corn in a sieve and add to the dressing.
- Now mix everything well and let it steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
