Beetroot, Onion and Apple Salad

The perfect beetroot, onion and apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Beetroot pre-cooked
  • 1 Onion approx. 75 g
  • 2 Apples approx. 400 g
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Parsley for garnish
  1. Cut the beetroot first into slices and then into strips. Peel and halve the onion, cut into strips and disassemble them. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into strips. Put all ingredients (beetroot strips, onion strips, apple strips, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of light rice vinegar, 3 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill and 3 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill)) in a bowl and mix carefully / mix. Fill into bowls, garnish with parsley and serve. The beetroot, onion and apple salad is a nice side dish for many dishes and it just tastes like that.
