Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 egg white
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • ¼ sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml coffee, hot, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the egg whites and cream. Fill 4 coffee cups one-third full, then top up with hot coffee and serve immediately. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
