Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g margarine
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 180 g natural yogurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cl rum or rum flavoring
- 50 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Separate the eggs. Melt the margarine and mix it with the egg yolks and the remaining ingredients. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Bake the batter in batches in a Brussels waffle iron until golden-brown waffles form.
