Bell Pepper and Mushroom Vegetables

The perfect bell pepper and mushroom vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pointed peppers
  • 3 Zucchini
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chili
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 6 Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Milk
  1. Wash the pointed peppers, remove the seeds, wash the zucchini and cut both, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, dice or cut into slices. Chop the chili
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pointed peppers, zucchini, onions, garlic and chilli in it
  4. Now add the mushrooms with the tomato paste, stir well and roast, season with salt and pepper.
