- 3 Pointed peppers
- 3 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 1 Chili
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 6 Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley

- Wash the pointed peppers, remove the seeds, wash the zucchini and cut both, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
