Gnocchi with Bell Pepper and Fennel Vegetables

- 500 g Gnocchi
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 smaller Fennel fresh
- 1 size Carrot
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Can 200 g gewürfelten Naturtofu, vorher in einer Marinade aus Knoblauch, Petersilie und Öl einelegt
- Salt, pepper, Baharat spice mixture, a pinch of sugar
- Oil
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces and fry them in a little oil.
- Fry the gnocchi in a second pan (you can of course also cook them.)
- Add tomatoes and tofu to the vegetables and season with salt, pepper, a little sugar and Baharat spice mixture (or spices to taste).
