Bell Pepper and Zucchini Vegetables

The perfect bell pepper and zucchini vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Zucchini
  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
  1. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and cut into slices. Halve the peppers, remove the stems, seeds and the white dividers. Wash the pepper halves, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions in it. Add the vegetables. Add a little water and cook everything for 8-10 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper and stir in the creme fraiche.
  3. Arrange the vegetables on plates. Rice tastes good with it. Sprinkle some parsley over it. We had the meatless one for dinner.
