Bell Pepper Chopping Pan

- 300 g Minced meat
- 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Processed cheese
- Fleur de sel
- Hot paprika powder
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 branch Oregano
- 1 branch Fresh thyme
- 5 sheet Lemon balm fresh
- 2 Celery leaves
- 2 sheet Pimpinelle
- 1 Handful Chervil
- Season the minced meat vigorously with salt, pepper and paprika and tear into small pieces with a teaspoon. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips or cubes.
- Now fry the minced meat in the pan, add the diced onion and garlic. Add the pepper strips and fry everything over a low heat until the pepper is firm to the bite (takes about 5 minutes). Now add the chopped herbs and the processed cheese and stir in. Now finish cooking slowly.
- Serve with rice
