Bell Pepper Grill Sauce
The perfect bell pepper grill sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 44 g Red sweet peppers, diced
- 36 g Green sweet peppers, diced
- 30 g Yellow sweet peppers, diced
- 1 piece Vegetable onion, diced
- 4 tbsp Sweet corn (vegetable corn) cooked
- 6 piece Gherkins gherkins, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp French parsley
- 1 piece Apple, diced
- 2 tbsp Currant jam
- 2 tbsp Hot peppers are hot
- 2 tsp Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 pinch Salt flavored
- 1 tsp Thyme spice
- 1 tsp Basil spice
- 1 Tl Garlic spice
- 1 tsp Green peppercorns
- 1 El Cucumber water
- 0,2 L Apple juice naturally cloudy
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 0,1 l Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Sherry
- 1 tbsp Soup seasoning
- 1 tbsp Food starch
Bell pepper grill sauce:
- Wash the fruit and vegetable components well in hot water, clean and cut them up. Measure and add the spices and simmer together with the liquid in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Finally stir in the currant jam and thicken with sherry, soup seasoning and cornstarch as a sauce.
Use:
- For grilled meat, sausages; Versatile use of steaks and grilled potatoes, fries and salads.
