Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 3 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Egg sandwich

Wash the tomato and lettuce and cut the tomato slices into chunks. Fry the bacon in a hot pan with oil until crispy, then drain on kitchen paper. Fry an egg in the same pan, making sure the yolk isn’t completely set. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread and then top with lettuce, bacon, egg, and tomato.
