Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the ingredients in a pan, mix everything, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. This recipe serves about 4 sausages. For the bratwurst, I recommend a delicious beef sausage or Thuringian sausage. Serve with either a bread roll or crispy fries.
