Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml ice cream (vanilla)
  • 4 cup(s) coffee, cold
  • 4 cl rum, white, e.g. Bacardi
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

super delicious for hot evenings

Pour vanilla ice cream into a mixing bowl, add the coffee, and mix well. Add the Bacardi, then fold in the whipped cream. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
