Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral)
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 300 g ham
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with tomatoes

Cook the spiral pasta in salted water. Sauté the diced onion in the hot fat until golden brown. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water, peel them, and sauté them briefly. Cut the ham into strips, heat briefly in the tomato and onion mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Loosely stir in the pasta and parsley, heating everything briefly again.
