Berlin Mini-Gugl

- 130 g Soft butter
- 2 Eggs
- 330 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- Jam to taste
- 100 g Liquid butter
- 80 g Raw cane sugar
- Beat the softened butter with the sugar until frothy, then add the eggs and beat until frothy. Now add the flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt and stir in and finally stir in the buttermilk well. The result is a relatively fluid dough.
- Butter the mini-Gugl-forms a little and fill in the dough with the help of a teaspoon, so that the forms are about 3/4 full. And then bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 12 minutes. Let cool in the mold and then remove from the mold.
- Now use a piping bag and a fine nozzle to fill the mini gugl with a jam of your own taste. Then roll them first in the liquid butter and then in raw cane sugar.
