something warm for dinner

Mix the mustard and sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Top one slice of bread with cheese and the other with ham. Cut off any overhanging slices and place them on the bread. Top the ham sandwich with tomato slices, then add the onion slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Then place the slice of bread with the cheese on top. Heat the butter in a pan and add the bread. To ensure everything is evenly golden brown, place some aluminum foil on the bread and place a pan on top. Fry for about 3 minutes over medium heat, until the underside is light brown. Then turn over and fry the other side in the same way. Perhaps add a little more butter. Serve with the mustard and sour cream. Serve with a green salad, if desired.
