a special dessert

Mix the fruit muesli with sugar, almonds, flour, scraped vanilla pod, and salt. Melt the butter and slowly add it. Mix everything well with the dough hook of a hand mixer. Rinse the fresh berries, drain well, and place them in a large, shallow ovenproof dish (e.g., a casserole dish). Do not thaw frozen fruit. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat, fan: 150°C, gas mark 2) for about 30-40 minutes. Serve while still warm. Vanilla ice cream tastes great with it.
